- Web 2.0 - How it is the mindset (of sharing, collaboration, contribution etc) and not just the technology that makes something truly Web 2.0
- How planning to have 'viral marketing' can quite often be an irony
- Why local vendors seem to like pitching search engine marketing as just buying keywords, when we should also be ensuring our own websites' content is engaging and code is optimised for search engine indexing (I'm still doing research on this topic but these are my initial thoughts)
